The ElastoMaskPro combines the simplicity of a disposable N95 filtering facepiece respirator (FFR) with the durability and reusability of an elastomeric respirator. It is comfortable, durable, and is 3 to 5 times easier to breathe through than many elastomeric respirators, and 2 to 3 times easier to breathe through than many disposable N95 FFRs. The ElastoMaskPro is designed with no exhalation valve to maintain a hygienic field around the user. All air, inhaled and exhaled, is filtered. ElastoMaskPro’s built-in user seal check and durable straps, developed using Forever Fit™ technology, ensure a secure fit. Two sizes are offered (small and medium/large) to accommodate a wide range of users.

LIMITED WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMERS
Subject to the terms below, Reusable Respirators LLC provides the following limited warranty for the ElastoMaskPro (the “Product”). Reusable Respirators LLC warrants to the purchaser of the Product that the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for no more than one year. The warranty period commences on the date of shipment. Reusable Respirators LLC’s sole obligation for this limited warranty is to repair or replace a defective Product at no charge to the purchaser, or to credit the purchaser’s account for the purchase price paid for the defective Product, at Reusable Respirator LLC’s discretion. This limited warranty does not apply if the Product (i) is subject to abuse, neglect, misuse, or accident, (ii) has not been used in accordance with Reusable Respirator LLC’s written User Instructions, (iii) was not purchased from Reusable Respirators LLC or an authorized dealer of Reusable Respirators LLC, or (iv) was modified from its original configuration or repaired or altered by anyone other than Reusable Respirators LLC or a person authorized by Reusable Respirators LLC. To make a warranty claim, Reusable Respirators LLC must be contacted within five days of discovery of the defect to obtain a return authorization number. The purchaser will be responsible for shipping costs on defective Products that are under warranty and are returned by the purchaser to Reusable Respirators LLC with a return authorization number. Replaced or repaired Products will be shipped to the purchaser at the purchaser’s expense.
REUSABLE RESPIRATORS LLC HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES NOT SET FORTH IN THE FOREGOING LIMITED WARRANTY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. REUSABLE RESPIRATORS LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR LOST PROFITS, CAUSED BY ANY PRODUCT DEFECT WHETHER CLAIMS ARE BASED UPON TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), WARRANTY, CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF REUSABLE RESPIRATORS LLC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF SUCH POTENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE. TO THE EXTENT THE FOREGOING DISCLAIMERS ARE NOT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES WILL BE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF ONE YEAR. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO THE PURCHASER. UPON ANY MEDICAL-RELATED CLAIM, THE PURCHASER MUST CONSULT WITH THEIR PHYSICIAN IMMEDIATELY.
